"The resort is excellent and the fact that there are various restaurants on property makes it so that you do not need to leave. The staff are efficient and this new concept they have adapted that you can text them what you need makes it a 100% easier to get things handled during the stay. Bell service was mega efficient, you call, they show up in minutes and were very friendly.
The reason I won't give it a 5 star review is due to 2 reasons. 1, carpet in the entire room just does not work. It was extremely dirty, and sticky from past use. My son sat on the floor with light colored cloth and when he stood up there was a dark spot on his clothes. We could not walk bare footed on this carpet. They need to upgrade and remove the carpet ASAP. Two, the house keeping would not change our sheets during the stay .. they would just tidy up the sheets and not replace them. My kids bunk beds were missed 3 times during our 5 night stay. Yet we saw other rooms open as we walked the hall and noticed other rooms beds were done correctly, however ours was not. Even after asking to get it corrected. Still was not done.
Also be prepared to spend $50 a day for 2 beach chairs and umbrella.
Overall, even with this 2 negatives points i made, it does not take away from the amazing experience we had during our vacation."
