"The staff was nice but the jacuzzi wasnt working during spring break when its 60 degrees out, I saw a roach in the room, and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were completely out. Overall the stay was okay but the place is definitely run down. The pictures make it seem a lot nicer than it is, especially if you are “across the street “ from the beach, those ones were not even as decent as the ocean view rooms "

Breakfast was not a buffet; you could only choose one item from the cart, and anything else had to be paid for. They also charged an 18% service fee. One of the beds was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were very old, worn out, and wrinkled—I had to call room service twice to get them replaced."

"The area is beautiful and the beach access was great. My daughter and I went on a spring break vacation and fell in love with the beach. Our room had no remote to the TV and our phone did not work. The bathroom floor was a little dirty and had a musty smell. Also it rained at night one day and the windows leaked. I had to put towels on the window ledge. We will be returning mainly for the price and the ocean view."

"The view from the rooms is amazing, and at this price is hard to beat! We stayed in March over spring break and it was not overly crowded or at all crazy. This hotel is family friendly and fun for college kids too. My only complaint is the check out time, 10 am is so early! Other than that a great experience, but bring a broom because the rooms do get sandy, hard not to when at the beach, lol. "Scam. Request for upgrade if you even book the better room first they will say the room you booked right now is small, doesn’t have beach view or access and gave the same room and charge you extras just for nothing. Next thing is if you under 25 ready for extra $55 underage fee. Best to avoid!!"

"Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers...

"Except for finding empty liquor bottles left in the drawer ( why would you leave them there anyway, so an easy over site for the cleaning crew on check in). The staff was friendly, helpful, and even found us hot cocoa packets when the lobby ran out on a cold night. The breakfast, and free tea offered daily was delicious. The room was in amazing condition, pools were cleaned well. Plus the view of the beach was amazing. "

And their daddy got to have a little pirate dual as well. Very fun and entertaining. We will definitely make this our go to spot when coming to the beach "
