"There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. I had to ask the main desk to complain about them and to shut the kids down. I had no Internet I had no Wi-Fi so yes, there was no tv control. "Our family of 4 just returned from a weekend at the Beachliner. The location can’t be beat, just a few houses in from the pristine Ocean Grove beach. There are ample sitting areas, from the front yard and porch to multiple decks, some with ocean views. Our room was #12, on the third floor. Our window looked out onto the back deck, which was a 5 foot walk from our room and felt like our own outdoor space. "The property is charming and historic. With that the room was tiny and awkward. The sink was in the bedroom and there only two electrical outlets. One for the window A/C and the other behind the bed. Great breakfast. Two coffee options, various hot and cold choices. Porches to sit out and enjoy the fresh sea air. Street parking was no problem. Just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. One other unusual item was the doorknobs. They are very low. You have to bend down really low to lock...

"Love the room and amenities. We especially love having an induction stovetop, fridge and microwave. The only thing, and I'm nitpicking, is that the bed was too soft for my liking. We literally sank into the bed which made it hard to sleep."
