"I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations."

"Our room was clean. It was in the front of the hotel so it was convenient for my pup. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom was large. I loved the coffee nook and the Nespresso machine. I am not a fan of artificial creamers so having half and half would be nice but I seem to find the artificial stuff everywhere in that area. "Checked in place was dirty. I stayed 15 mins in the room and checked out place was gross"

"This is a no freels, utilitarian property. It’s older and the outside is dated and could use some care. But, the room itself was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean and the room smelled fresh. The AC was very loud but it kept the room comfortable in the South Mississippi heat. There are not many amenities, but there are not many options in Bay St. Louis."

"We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. "Everything was ok except for all trash bins had no trash bags in the room. When I called the front desk to ask for them I was told “this ain’t full service “ and I would have to come get the bags, On top of that another guest had kids above stomping and running for at least an hour which sounded like they were gonna come through the walls."

"This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!"
