"I would not stay here again. It's hotel prices in the middle of Manchester without hotel facilities. You've got to check yourself in using a QR code. Then they insisted on seeing ID before they would let me have my key. I told the staff that it isn't mandatory to carry ID in the UK (im not against that by the way I just didn't have anything on me Barr my phone). "Room was clean but housekeeping lacking, lots of dust in room, experienced skin allergies , requested bedding to be changed after first night, only one bed bedding got changed, had to request again on 2nd day, no house keeping on 2nd day, had to request emptying of bins/towel request, final night bedding and room cleaned. Breakfast is basic and unexciting, scrambled which egg does not taste like eggs, , limited veg options, staff are very friendly & helpful "
