"A room fridge would have been nice. Being able to keep the bathroom door open would also have been nice. I want to play the lobby's display guitars! Why put strings on them if we can't play them? (No one likes a tease! 😆) Very cozy and comfortable, though. An easy walk to the city centre and the train station - so convenient!"

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me. Room is a bit dated, only two sockets on the desk and no USB sockets anywhere. Comfy bed, plenty of space in the room and good shower pressure! Now the...

"The location, the friendly staff, the amenities (gym and restaurant) were all above my expectation. The purpose of my visit was a trip to Old Trafford (the cricket ground) but it’s very accessible to both the football and the cricket ground respectively. Ample car parking too but I got there via public transport, also very convenient."
