Unsure of pet friendly as no pets with us Room reasonably clean, large gaps around room in the frame Toilet was not always functioning well. Clerk not attempting to reach manager or maintaince. "I will never stay at a Hampton Inn for the rest of my life. Pool was OOO which was fine other than we were repeated lied to. Our AC in room was not working. First night it was 81 in room. Next morning asked for maintenance while we were out for the day or to be moved. Came back and the new rep had no idea and no one looked at air. They gave me new Room.
