"I have never left a bad review anywhere and was trying to send a message directly to the staff but its pushing me here. We accidentally screwed up the dates, I was gone from my room working all day and evening and came back late to find out they had packed (terribly) up all my things and vacated the room without ever calling or checking in. They lost my phone and computer charger in doing so. Came back late to find someone else in "My room". They obviously had other room available and I then had to book another night. Was a MASSIVE pain in my travels, had to order and have new chargers sent / delivered late night so I could even charge my phone so I could have an alarm for my early morning flight and boarding pass. I was a simple mistake that could have been easily resolved with a phone call. That was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room and hotel was totally fine, I had actually been complementing it for the cost to friends earlier that day. But sadly them removing all my things from the room and jamming all my things into the bag was such a mess. I even had a suit pressed for a wedding and it was all just jammed into bags and was a terrible mess. Very very unfortunate. Have never left a bad review anywhere but that was a terrible experience especially when I had to be up in just 6 hours to catch a flight."
