Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"When we arrived at 10:15pm reception was unattended even though it said it was open until 11pm, so I rang the mobile number & spoke with a gentlemen who explained how to get into the hotel & into our room. The room itself was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable double bed & a kettle & microwave were also provided.
