"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. "The location is good in a nice area. The Britannia pub is very close and serves good food. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Primrose Hill - which is a lovely park near shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has friendly staff. The decor is very tired but the rooms are clean but basic. Good shower and comfortable beds. The beds are firm so if you like a soft mattress it’s not for you. I had a pleasant stay and the price was reasonable for the area."

"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...
