"Water did not run out of the sink in the bathroom and we had no hot water. As we were only staying one night whilst waiting for our flight we did not have chance to mention this to staff. Not as good as last time we stayed. However food in the bar was good and our server Liam was very helpful. Good transport to and from the terminal."

Hotel room was very modern and stylish,clean, welcoming and with good wifi and internet tv. Highly recommend for a reasonable weekend rate."

"We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a concert. I was very impressed, they had 2 weddings receptions during our stay and we heard nothing! The room was clean, spacious twin beds, teapigs tbags and bottled water. Staff were friendly, a great stay."

"This is a charming country house and everyone was amazing. We enjoyed a walk around the property and the food was spot on. You can’t go wrong staying here if in the neighborhood. If you’re also familiar wrote ceramics, you’ll find several ships about 10-15 mins away that is a great place to browse and shop. "

"I was welcomed to the property, shown to my room by a friendly and helpful lady. She explained about the shower, tea and coffee making, and how to access the property using the fob. There was also a written guide in the room. The problem I encountered was the small spotlights were flickering which made reading or knitting difficult so the first night I lay on the floor by the bathroom door to read as these lights did not flicker. "Dudnt use cark park facility and didnt have breakfast because of early morning flight but we did have the most delicious pizza when we booked in at 9-30 pm. It was gigantic n qould have fed 4 quite easily so more than enough for us 2. Room compact but very clean and a lovely walk in shower in bathroom Plenty of plugs n TV if we had wanted. We'll definitely use IBIS again on next early morning flight"

"The overall stay was excellent value, I was well looked after. The room was spotless, clean and comfortable. The evening meal was the highlight, spot on and super tasty. One of the best stays I have ever had in the UK other than those over £300 per night (not often) and this was a third of that price. "

"The property was fine, could do with a repaint and maybe new carpets as it’s dated. But staff were lovely and food was nice There wasn’t many plug sockets in the room so we had to take turns in using the only socket available"
