"Comfortable and adequate stay. Room was laid out well and had everything we needed. Very unsure how this hotel is 5 star as the facilities were lacking. The coffee making facilities in the room need replacing as they are very dated and dirty. We were locked out of the building on our first night because we had not been given a fob when we checked in; we had to call an emergency number to help get us into the building. When I enquired about getting a fob, it was explained that they were changing...

"Very clean old mansion simply renovated with a 4 star real breakfast , small bufet and a cook available. 20 minutes from train station by walk and 5 minutes by bus with a stop right in front of the bed and breakfast. Very kind staff."

"If you are expecting perfection in everything, book the Ritz in London. If you want great staff, great food and a good honest road house this is highly recommended. The staff are all fantastic and accommodating and we will be back."
