Check in was super quick and easy. The woman working was efficient and friendly. I was informed though that there was no breakfast although when booking, it said there was. Also no bar or restaurant which is also listed. A notice was also posted that the pool heater was not working and there were no towels. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom door did not latch properly.

The entire property is incredibly run down, dirty, and smells terribly of smoke and weed. We were greeted with multiple signs at the front desk saying breakfast was not being served (false advertising), pool heater was broken, and the hotel was out of towels. One elevator was broken but not labeled, multiple lights did not work in our room, the room doors were very difficult to open (multiple people on our floor were having trouble), and all the external areas of the hotel were like walking through an open construction zone. Some effort has been made to renovate the rooms but looking closely they were still very dirty and rundown, and the hotel should not be functioning as is. It needs to be shut down and remodeled.

the outside area was unkept not mowed not trimmed not edged. no pretty shrubs. no flowers the elevator did not work-1 out of the 2. NO restaurant- no breakfast of any sort No coffee in the room No coffee for the public except for a pot she brewed in the office and you had to ask her to make you a cup of coffee. pool looked lovely was indoors. the halls were not cooled ./ the pool made the area hot with no air conditioning. you can see it was a nice hotel in past years but not up to par now. It was sad to me. Surprised it is in the boondocks very unbusy area. .

I checked into the motel and all around it was dirty garbage all over the place I checked in and it was nice people very thorough. Got to my room. The room was clean as far as the bed I checked for bedbugs. The tub was all worn out And when I took a shower, the tub did not drain. There was no vending or ice in the hotel. It was advertised that there was a continental breakfast and there was none. The electric next to the bed where I needed to plug in omy CPAP was not working fortunately I brought an extension cord.. I personally would not recommend this hotel. I did leave my car out in the front of the hotel because it looked like there was transient people living there full-time, which I really was not keen to. I don’t think Wyndham hotels, which is the mother company of days and would be too pleased with their hotel. The hallways were dirty doesn’t look like they’ve been vacuumed for months in the elevator was filthy. After I took my shower, I walked barefoot to the bed and the floor my feet were filthy. I addressed this with the head person at the desk when I checked out and they said they mopped, but they don’t sweep so all they’re doing is spreading the dirt around not happy at all. I did address this with the person at the desk when I checked out.

When selecting this hotel, the website said that the hotel has free breakfast. We were disappointed when we found out that there was no breakfast. That forced us to pay for four extra meals that we did not anticipate or budget for for our trip. Plus, had we known the hotel did not actually have breakfast at this time (and also the on site restaurant and bar were closed indefinitely), we would've booked elsewhere. Our room was dirty and there were 3 holes in the walls with exposed wires. The hotel grounds in general were very dirty. Oh, and the back entrance door simply never locked. Anyone could've entered the hotel through the unmonitored back entrance at any time day or night.

I have photos of the bugs. There was a disgusting stained chair in our room. The indoor pool was freezing. Most of the hotel smelled musty except for the areas that smelled like marijuana… Very strong marijuana smells in the hallways.

Rooms are being beautifully renovated. So impressed with the upgrades! Was a little disappointed the continental breakfast was on pause due to the renovations and wish the pool was kept warm enough to enjoy. I have been coming to this hotel for 30+ years to visit family, and I’m so happy to see it being brought back to life.

Though Expedia said there was breakfast and a pool, there was no breakfast and pool was closed half the stay and then was open but not heated. This hotel was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. The key card basically had to be reprogrammed every day to get into our room. Our room didn’t have enough towels. The bedding was clean and comfy but the general cleanliness of the hotel was not great.

The room was filthy. My wife had to buy cleaning supplies to clean a room herself. I reserved a room with two queen size beds. We were downgraded to two double beds. There was dead bugs all over the bedside stand. My daughter had a spider crawl out of her pillowcase. When I told them they did not inform me of the downgrade they said they didn’t have to because the place is under renovations. They did not offer no refund. We only stayed two nights and then we ended up getting another hotel room at another hotel. I complained about the smell of drugs to the front desk and they said that it’s legal in New York so the cops won’t do nothing about it. There was no coffee. There was no phone in the room every time the fridge was opened up it smelt like sewage the elevator stock. The doors wouldn’t open. The pool was closed. Dining room was not even open. The bar wasn’t open. They had towels to help seal The skylight just outside the fourth floor elevator. I had a dog chase me and my kids and my wife down the hall. I said something about it. They said it was a service animal . Service animals are trained not to chase not to pull on leashes. It was a horrible experience the whole way around. I will never stay there again. Terrible. No pool. No bar. No cafe. No breakfast. Keys didn’t work. Tub didn’t drain. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Staff tried, but this Days Inn is spent.

Expedia provided false information regarding this property. Amenities were to include breakfast, pool, restaurant and bar. NONE were available at the hotel. We booked king rooms which were not available. We compensated a measley 16 dollars per room and 25000 expedia points. Insulting.

First and many complaints about this hotel. No lighting in parking lot. The web site said they had a pool and breakfast. Not! The elevated had no permit posted, squeaked, and only one worked. To to ask the manager to pleaee give me clean towels, soap, and clean sheets and toilet paper after being there for three days. Only one light worked in the room, no clock, only one power strip for charging, no coffe offered any where in the hotel, .......the list goes on. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

I was very upset when I got there to see the pool was closed the bar was closed the property was under construction there was no continental breakfast we paid a lot of money to stay there and was very disappointed I will not be back the elevator wasn't working right if I could get all my money back I would be doing it the beds were very uncomfortable too I hope in the future you guys do a better job than what you did this past week for us

This property is under renovation - There is NO breakfast as advertised. The room keys work once then you have to get them reset which takes about 7-8 mins each time. The pool was closed. The elevator was not working. Disappointed with this property for $80 per night.

The motel was under construction which is good overall, but they didn't offer breakfast (even though that's advertised) and the pool was closed. I booked this Days Inn for the breakfast and pool. The rooms were clean though.

beds were not queen as promised, there was no breakfast offered, elevator did not work all the time. coffee was offered but you had to get it at the front desk, there were not signs on which way to go for elevators, etc
