"2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful."

"The location was great the room was clean and comfortable. Getting in and out however was a nightmare! The instructions were terrible, the door lock wouldn’t work after we finally tracked down the right location to check in, which was totally different that the lame instructions. We wasted a good two to three hours between the check in and them figuring out the code issue - ridiculous!"

"Very unpleased with the parking situation, I was told the first night there I had to park off location for a higher price than the at location parking. But I could move to location on the second day, I asked if I would be reimbursed for the higher priced off location since it was not only more expensive but was also 1/2 mike away. They were not willing to do that."

"Absolutely will be back! The villa was perfect for our family. We were able to make breakfast and they provided all the supplies in the full kitchen. We just door dashed groceries. We also washed our clothes before we left. Very impressed!! The kids loved the pool. The flowers were so pretty. We saw lots of hummingbirds outside by the firepit. So fun.
They also offered a shuttle to downtown. It was only a 5 or 6 minute drive but nice to not have to worry about parking!!"

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. "The room layout was great! We chose a 2 bedroom condo and it was very spacious with some very pretty views. The condo does not come with AC, there were 2 window fans, but 1 window had a broken latch so you were not able to open it and it was the only window that would open in the room, it was HOT for a June stay. The inconvenience of checking in a good 20 min walk away is also hard because the key card that was given to us did not work so we had to wait about 20-30 min outside our door for...

I think the property should have provided roll up blind and portable fan instead. And the big mirror next to bed was uncomfortable. I'm surprised to see there were that many 4 or 5 star reviews."
