No frills but didn’t need that. Good location but don’t like having to do all communication via email and then some was in Polish though I told them needed it in English. There is a washer but no dryer. Didn’t need it, but if you a washer, you should also have a dryer. Would still stay again based on the price.

I have stayed several times at various apartments in the group. This time was no different. All seem to need a bit of old. But are functional. The blocks look rough but I have always found the area safe. Good amenities in your door step, and public transport options all close by. Capital city noise but block itself is quiet. If on a budget good option.

Central location great for amenities

The building is somewhat dated and unglamorous. The apartments have been functionally modernised. All those I have stayed in need a little TLC. The location is very central for public transport, shops, and restaurants. I have used the apartments repeatedly and have always felt safe despite the appearance of the building and immediate area. You have capital city noise and internally no worse than a hotel. If on a budget and content with a basic accommodation then hosapartments are a good alternative to a hotel.

The apartment itself was adequate and met my needs. The sheets on the main bed were not up to standard cleanest wise. Location was good. The building was rather dingy and the corridor into the apartment was very unpleasant. I know this can’t be helped by company but I won’t return should I visit Warsaw again due to the building.

Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment. Thank you very much. 10 out of 5 ❤️

Decent alternative to hotel in city centre.

Alternative option to hotel in city centre. Apartment access isn't until 15:00 which if you have a morning flight is inconvenient. I was offered early entry on a fee, but feel if member of hotels .com or similar provision could be made for early entry. The block is an old communist era building that has been revamped in some apartments and other areas. My apartment was clean and if you were staying a few days has advantages of washing machine and kitchenette. It does need some TLC with floor trims missing or damaged and some touching in decorating. I found noise levels ok bearing in mind in a capital city. The metro is yards away as well as buses trams and shops. Plenty of cafes restaurants and bars nearby. There are a couple of fans in the rooms but if in high summer you may want to consider somewhere with air con. Check in and out as all remote with instructions being sent by e mail sms or what’s app. I have stayed there pre covid when they had a reception and baggage storage. The is has now gone but there is left luggage at the central,railway station. The immediate area and blocks do look a bit tired and you could interpret as a bit intimidating however I found the area very safe and people very personable. I would stay there again and recommend if on a budget rather than a hotel.

Highly recommended.

The apartment and its location ticked every box for me. Safe area, easy walking distance and public transport no more than 2 minutes in any direction.

Clean, big, nice apartment with all you need to stay. Not fare from the central streets and parks. Minor remark: the blanket is not suitable for the cold nights and there were no additional blankets. Major remark: we got instructions with the wrong code to key box - and discovered it at about 23.00. Not a pleasure... We asked the host and he send us correct code by WhatsApp without apologize...

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen und vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Für unseren Wochenendtrip war die Unterkunft super mit Küchen- und Badutensilien ausgestattet. Der Zugang war zuerst etwas schwierig zu finden aber sobald man das Konzept mit dem Türcode raus hat, kommt man mit einem Schlüssel problemlos rein und raus. Alles sehr einfach gehalten aber wenn man nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte, reicht die Unterkunft völlig :) Die Kommunikation läuft über Textnachrichten und auch hier gab es keine Probleme.
