Fabrynca 9, warsava.

Havde booket en såkaldt business lejlighed med gratis parkering, det var absolut ingen business lejlighed, et værelse med eget bad. Til 3 voksne , der var en sovesofa der kunne slåes ud, den var så knækket, så man nærmest lå på gulvet. Der var ingen parkering overhovedet, måtte betale for parkering der lå 1 km væk. Afhentning ved lufthavn skulle være muligt, det var der intet af, kunne betale ekstra for morgenmad, problemet var så bare der er ingen mulighed for morgenmad overhovedet! Så lad være med at betale for det på forhånd! Den polske dame der skulle udlevere kode var så ligeglad, måtte have en lokal til at hjælpe med dette. Er overbevist om at jeg har fået en anden lejlighed ( værelse ) end planlagt, total kaos. Har adskillige gange lejet igennem Hotels.com og været yderst tilfreds, men denne gang var et mareridt. Værelset ligger Fabrynca 9, warsava.

I am extremely upset with the property management . The main reason I picked the property was because of the free parking that was supposed to be provided. When I picked up the keys it appeared the parking was not included . We had a very hard time looking for a parking spot around the apartment , it took us almost an hour to find nearest parking spot more then 1 km away . On top of this I had to pick up the keys from the office that was located on the other side of Warsaw . The person in the office was completely ignorant and helpless . I was supposed to receive a call back the same day and at the end nobody called me back . Please choose better property where management takes better care of customers .
