"The room wasn’t heated and was cold water in the shower . I have emailed the hotel and customer services through an email address provided by the reception desk , but no one responded. "

"Like all Britannia hotel I have stayed in this is tiered dirty, restaurant was also closed with no food in the bar. Room was tiered dated mattress very basic for a hotel bathroom dirty and hot tap didn’t work properly. It’s a really shame as the staff are lovely and helpful. Hotel just needs serious investment."

"The room was very clean as were the reception and stairway but the rest of the hotel is still being refurbed, the bar was closed with no access to any food or drink. I am sure it will be very nice when it is finished. The staff were very helpfull."
