"The room was very hot when we arrived. What appeared to be climate control on the wall didn’t work at all but we were able to turn on the AC in the actual unit under the window. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However the bedroom furnishings were dated and there were no lamps on the bedside tables or the desk. "Everything about the hotel was wonderful, EXCEPT they didn't have the room I paid for - and they said Expedia booked me into the wrong room. I reserved a room with a king bed and sofa bed, but when we arrived, they were all taken. They explained that third parties overbook hotels. I don't know the validity of this, but if it is true - Expedia should refund me for the difference in price."
