"Staff is 10/10. Front desk & housekeeping, both phenomenally hospitable.
The gym is a sardine can, and one of the elevators for the higher floors was down the whole trip, marking 10+ minute wait times to get to the lobby from the 27th floor unless very early morning hours."

"I booked a 2 queen bed corner room, when I arrived I was told they were very sorry and it wasn't available. I was not offered a refund, instead I was given breakfast vouchers which was a muffin, fruit and water, far from making up the difference in room cost."

"The ceiling of our bathroom started to leak water and bubble, leaking onto the toilet. Thankfully we were checking out as soon as heavy rain happened.
The hotel room was super incredibly small for the price. It was practically a shoebox. The bathroom was incredibly small."
