The staff was rude and the room was terrible. The only thing redeeming about this hotel is the location. The room was an okay size, but the bathroom was terrible. Our stay was very good, but the post-stay follow-up was terrible we are still waiting for the release of our incidental/security deposit. A simple follow-up to send us proof that the deposit was released has not been possible, something that only takes less than 5 minutes.
