The pool was closed and I didn’t use the gym, so the only “amenities” I used were two cans of water. Either build your “amenities fee” into the full cost of the room or allow people to decide whether or not they’ll use the “amenities” and pay the charge. "

"Check-in was seamless even though we arrived several hours early. The staff was wonderfully attentive, but unobtrusive at the same time. The hotel is small, but charming and located in a great area with many restaurants and fabulous shops nearby."
