friendly. Downside - second building is not convenient. Wifi is wonky. But the one thing that stops me from giving them a better grade is they were almost overbooked and didn't tell me that I specifically had to request housekeeping for my second day. Since I left at 11:00 in the morning and came back at 3:00 I came back to a messy room. The communication for this was poor. I've never been in a place where I wasn't notified...

"I would hands down recommend the Tabard Inn to anyone traveling to DC. It has history, charm, a friendly and accommodating staff, and a great dining experience. We had breakfast at the restaurant during our stay, and the service was great, with a fun outdoor/patio area and delicious food. I wish we could have stayed longer! "
