2 things...
1st issue, upon check in, dont remember the womans name, but, there were small bags of water for complimentary issue to guests. Well, apparantly, me as a guest, was not special enough to get complimentary water. That water at the safeway down the street, was .50 cents.
2nd issue...the free bfast. Granted its free, i got it, people will and did hoard bfast items...but, there were no plates, glasses or food for 15 to 20 mins at a time. I understand the job and hustle and bustle if anxious crowds, but, if yhis is an every day thing, shouldnt the cooks, staff be prepared. I asked for glasses and a plate and i got a huff and eyes rolled at me. So, i took my family to McDonalds down the street. Service there was excellent and cheerful. I understand people have bad days, but, keep ypur issues at home.
The room was AMAZING! The house keeper was soooo sweet and friendly. Would i go to another Hyatt? Yes, but not that one. Other than those 2 issues, Awesome home away from home.
