Omni Shoreham Hotel
Staff was very friendly. Room didn't seem like it was 100% put together prior to us checking in. There were no trash bags in the bins and no toiletries in the bathroom. We were only staying for one night so we didn't mind much.

Harborside Hotel
All was VERY well, I came in super exhausted and the front staff made sure I received a room of my choice and I was super satisfied! Came in exhausted, left refreshed! Thank you Harborside staff!

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
We reserved a double bed and ended up getting a king bed with a roll out bed. That what we reserved and paid. They didn't want to accommodate us with our reservation after driving 5 hours.
