"Room was very gross. I don’t think this place should be in business.
I blew up my air mattress and stayed because I would’ve payed twice as much somewhere else because I had my dog. "

"A lot of bees around outside hot tub
I got the bee sting in my toe
We informed the front desk, but nothing changed
Bed wasn’t changed, smells dog and dogs hair everywhere
The toilet is linking
The fridge is not working properly
No tea in the root"

"The hot tub was hot enough during my trip. The only thing is it was a little dirty on the bottom of the hot tub, which is probably to be expected, but my room is perfect except for the microwave didn’t work properly and the streaming device kept cutting out so we had to keep repeatedly unplug the streaming device for 30 seconds and plugging it back in for it to work. "

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."
