"As advertised, the room is small, but clean. The location is away from the night noise, but also close walking distance to many places to eat. The restaurant had good food. I just wish the towels would have gotten changed out during our stay. However I also did not ask them to change them, I am sure they would have."

I found the location walkable, but the boat to MBK is right by the exit of the hotel. All the tourist attractions are nearby... You won't find a better hotel for the price! "
