"This hotel is clean and well maintained. It is located between great activities in both Connecticut and Rhode Island and 5 miles from the beaches so that’s a big plus. The indoor pool is always a help on vacation with kids if it’s a rainy day, and it was also very clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind especially Rosie who ran the morning breakfast. "Room was very small. Requested a king bed, but believe it was a queen. One side of bed was agaist the wall so you had to climb in from front. Carpet was very worn. A\C was extremely loud and noise from upstairs floor and outside with people yelling and talking was very disturbing. Wouldn't recommend it."

The back room had a bow window facing the beach with a high table for 2, queen bed, decent sized closet and a dresser with a wall mounted TV. "Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice...

"We loved our stay here! Very close to water, we enjoyed getting a morning complementary coffee and walking down to the water in the morning. The owner was there during breakfast to make sure everything was being refilled and kept fresh for breakfast. The room and bathroom were both very clean and house keeping came every day to clean and give fresh towels. I will definitely be rebooking here next year!"

"Very helpful staff. Parking was easy. The room was very clean, and nicely laid out and decorated for a quick stay. Staff asked about any issues and quickly wrote down any details. I liked there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't like the "fake windows" and feel that I should have known in advance, but I would stay here again now that I know."

"The hotel was clean and had nice rooms. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing we were not happy with was the toilet in the bathroom. It was very low and hard to get up after using. They make comfort hight toilets which would be a good option for the bathrooms. Overall I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was all renovated besides the bathroom. Bathroom was completely outdated compared to the rest of the room. Thought that was weird because when we booked we saw an all renovated room with a renovated sink which we thought was the bathroom but they left the photos out of the toilet and shower. Also had ants climbing up and down the walls and we called the front desk and they said they would let management know and they did absolutely nothing about it.
