"Its just ok, the property is walkable, close to everything, the hot pools, the waterfalls, shops/restaurant. Room is small but comfy w/ a cabin like atmosphere. We booked for 2 nights thinking they will clean our room after the first day and replace our used towels, but didnt happen. we paid over 500 for 2 nights. I'll just give it 3 stars for that."

"This was my second stay at Hot Springs Inn. The property is very well maintained and room was very clean. I travel quite often and the beds are some of the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve experience. The river walk provides an enjoyable walk into town. The hot tub was a great way to end a long day of hiking! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I plan to stay again!"

"Honestly very nice. Would do it again. If I have one complaint its the fact that we spent over $300 for the room and you wanted $2 for the water in the fridge and $5 bonuses the robes. Just seems a bit caddy when guest spend that much."

"We were tired of being around all the tourists and wanted something that said “Welcome to Colorado”. This was the place. We received emails from the resort with detailed directions on driving and registration that were easy to follow. The five mile drive up the gravel road took a little longer than expected because a flock of sheep that decided they needed to cross the road in front of us! We had dinner in the restaurant that was good. Many locals were there eating as well. It happened to be close to 90 degrees at 4:00 when we arrived and since there is no air conditioning it took awhile for the room to cool down after the sunset. A fan in the window was provided. The room was up dated and cute, although a little small. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to have a place other than just the bed to sit on. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"It was very clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom looked updated. We were able to park right in front of our room, which was convenient. The mini fridge had a freezer so we could freeze our cold blocks for our cooler, which was nice. Most hotels don't have a mini fridge with a large enough freezer space, so it was helpful to be able to do that. We also were given vouchers for breakfast at a restaurant in town, and it was good food and a nice perk that came with the room. It was nice to have an actual breakfast versus the continental type that's offered in many chain hotels."
