"I stayed in the hotel portion of the property and the room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had a corner room on the second floor in the back of the hotel, so noise was not a big issue. But, the walls seemed a bit thin and I could hear the one set of neighbors and some road traffic. I paid about $225/night for a king bed during peak season, which seemed reasonable for the time of year and in comparison to other places. Not close to downtown, so be prepared to drive to town for food."

"Clean room with comfortable beds and a good shower. It was very quiet, but I was on an end unit on the second floor, so that may be the reason. Walkable distance to the downtown area. I paid about $250/night for a room with 2 king beds during the end of peak season. I'd say at that price, this was a good deal compared to other places in town."

"We had a wonderful stay at the St. Elmo Hotel in Ouray! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has been beautifully renovated while still maintaining its historic charm and character. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. The combination of the charming atmosphere, beautiful renovations, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay special. A perfect place to experience Ouray, I hope to stay there again in the near future."

"The staff was very helpful and king. We were not aware the hotel did not have an elevator, and we were on the third floor. My wife does not do well with stairs, and the staff was able to move us down a floor on our second night. The spa area was included in our hotel stay and the extras offered in the rooms was excellent."
