"This hotel is smack dab in the middle of town. Absolutely adorable with the historic charm and nicely renovated. We absolutely loved our stay here and the staff was so sweet. Absolutely loved staying here and was there for my birthday. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to see the cutest hotel ever."

"Beautiful property. The staff is super-friendly and warm. We were not prepared for a mini-workout we would get by staying on the top (3rd floor), as there is not an elevator. We enjoyed the sauna and spa."

"Second time staying at the Ouray Inn and second time with a pleasant experience. Pros: Customer service is great, friendly Inn keepers. The complimentary breakfast is a nice convenience and the coffee ain't half bad. Rooms are clean and paint appears to be fresh. Cons: Very tiny rooms with dated amenities and over-sized furniture that crowds out any free space. Not much can done about the square footage of the rooms but some thoughtful decisions by the owners could improve the room experience greatly. They all need a modern makeover in a big way. $100 lost key charge. I mean, come on. Charging customers $100 if they lose the key is ridiculous. Time to update those locks and doors and not put that type of burden on your customers. Complaints aside, I recommend the Ouray Inn and will be visiting again."

"The owners were amazing. Helped us with what restaurants, what to see in Silverton, etc. The walk by the river out back of the hotel...beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."
