My wife does not do well with stairs, and the staff was able to move us down a floor on our second night. The spa area was included in our hotel stay and the extras offered in the rooms was excellent."

"The hot springs pool was amazing. I loved the courtyard area. It was peaceful to sit out there and read. The rooms are basic but clean. Beds are comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner or you’ll have to use the provided body wash as shampoo. I loved the short walk to town. And coffee and tea in the lobby was nice to have."
