"This is a very cool hotel! I loved the artwork throughout the hotel and in the gallery spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed a couple nice drinks at the bar. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. There were a couple small issues. Most importantly, I didn't realize that my door wasn't latching when I went out! The handle didn't move, but the door wasn't fully closed, even though it appeared to be. I only discovered it when my key card stopped working and a maintenance engineer met me at the room to figure out the problem (sound stripping around the door was preventing it from latching). Perhaps a check of all the doors is in order?"

"I am happy that choose Hotel “Harbor Shores” on Lake Geneva . Good location ,friendly staff on reception , Amanda check-in we got the Wi-Fi password and the room was ready at 12 pm. Room very clean ,fresh linen and towels .No Breakfast included.,but you can buy breakfast in “Gotham “a little cafeteria and the restaurant ”Emmi’s” by Hotel .We stayed for 5 days ."

"Awesome location, recommend using the 9th street parking garage that’s 1 block away (much cheaper than valet service). Super cool hotel, wish we stayed more than one night! Our room was really nice, kitchenette and welcome beers were completely unexpected. Attached restaurant and bar was really great as well."

"Wish that the person who checked me in gave me information about the hotel. She basically gave me the keycard. And told me where the elevator was. Nothing else. No info about what was on the site. Not even the hours for the water park Found out later that I could have went to the grand cayman and use the amenities there but nope. The hotel was excellent. So very clean. For that part I really thank you but the reception check in not so much."
