Cari Kastel di Waterfront Court

"Overcharged with no mention until I left. Was told at check out i would have the deposit returned only to leave and have $250 taken from the account. Checked with reception the night before leaving for any outstanding fees. Told $108. Attempted to call after leaving numerous times with no answer. Returned to find out on charges, they couldn't explain, refused to listen and or refund any chaneges."

"Photos didn't quite match what was advertised. Much older - needs a reno."

"This is our third stay at these apartments, and they’re always amazing! Everything is clean and comfortable, the staff are so lovely, and you get beautiful afternoon sunsets. They’re also close to the shops and the beach. We honestly can’t fault the place and will definitely be back! ❤️"

"Family friendly, free kids activities throughout the day. Rooms were average size, the extra food truck helped. Limited food options though"

"Close to the University Hospital nice little restaurants just around the corner good sized rooms"

"This is a new property, so in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a deluxe room without ocean view and overlooked a car park, which meant we didn’t use the balcony. Note that bathroom is open and won’t suit everyone. Pool is tiny for size of hotel. Nice rooftop bar but allow very drunk people to dominate the night we went there. The overall service experience is mixed from great to dreadful. Staff who are natural at customer service and those who don’t have a clue....

"Love the location within the resort, close to all amenities"
