"I don't typically leave negative reviews, but here we are. The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed by the overall value. We were especially caught off guard by the $33 breakfast buffet, which consisted of what seemed like powdered scrambled eggs and other very basic offerings comparable to the complimentary continental breakfast provided at many hotels. No menu or pricing was provided beforehand, so the charge was an unpleasant surprise.

"Close to the marina, restaurants and downtown. There was a small park right across the street with homeless people. On our first night, one of them was incessantly banging loudly at some metal panel at side of the hotel in the middle of the night and went on for quite a while. Someone finally called the cops…staff not very sympathetic…was told to complain to the mayor! as they was nothing they could do"

"This is a great place to stay if you're just looking for a bed to sleep in. Small space, with good enough amenities. I'm noticing more and more that microwaves are not part of rooms anymore. Wish they at least could have a usable kitchenette space in the lobby in case folks need to heat up food. Mini fridges are part of the room. We enjoyed the cable tv.
I like the dove lotions, shampoos, soaps that they had. A/C was great, pool was small, but honestly what a great view. You can see the ocean....

"First beware there is no air conditioning faucet in the sink came loose. Very low lighting in the room. No coffee maker in the room their breakfast consisted of blue berry muffins bananas and no juices. The pool is very small and cloudy. The pool side room is very noisy and people are talking loud until late. The towels felt like crocodile skin. Thank God we only stayed one night. It reminds me of these motels out of the 60's.

May key card kept getting deactivated which meant numerous calls and trips to the front desk to get it reactivated. The shower did not work. There were absolutely no amenities.
