Most important the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was also very clean and quiet. I liked having the microwave and coffee maker. The room was spacious. Staff were nice and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Great stay, clean inside and out. Only semi-negative is that the main bridge downtown is out and there is a small detour (like 5-10 minutes extra). Property is well maintained, and rooms were nice and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Hotel is conveniently located downtown and has plenty of parking in lot. Room had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to use during our stay. Morning breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, waffles, juice, yogurt, and pastries available.

A must stay if you are visiting Waverly, Iowa. The General Manager, Pinky and her staff do a fantastic job to ensure the hotel is clean and neat on a consistent basis. They even offer nice breakfast food and drink options for the guests to enjoy before they start their day. The location is great and there are even a few bars and restaurants a short half block away. I highly recommend this hotel for both customer service, cleanliness, and location. You won’t be disappointed.

First Time Staying in Waverly

I was a tad disappointed that at check in we weren’t provided with the WiFi password and there was nothing in the room either. There was no information available on the tv channels or local establishments. It was just disappointing Maas this is such a small town you should promote the local shops & eateries. Room was very clean and the hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
