"I seriously thought about giving this place a TERRIBLE review because I liked it here so much and I dont want to see the price go up once construction on the exterior pool is complete and summer gets here. This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. "Pros: The location was convenient. The room was cleaned daily. Staff was very pleasant. The AC worked great. The road noise wasn't terrible at all. The pool was very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Cons: I stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed. The mop water is not changed between rooms which leaves the floors rather tacky feeling. On my very last night I found 2 live cockroaches and 1 dead that was under the drawer in the nightstand...

"I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. "

The bathroom smelled like urine and I'm pretty sure there was black mold growing on the sink cabinet. Pretty positive we saw an older man walk an escort back to her car. I told the front desk that my sheets were dirty and she hands me a single flat sheet. I asked for the fitted sheet too. While changing sheets I found the period...
