"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "Perfect for overnight stop"

"Excellent stay at the Chequers Inn again for a week for the New Year. Beautiful room, good food, clean, lovely staff - shout out to Angela who went above & beyond for us! Lovely compassionate email sent to us following the very sad death of my Dad whilst we were away. Only downside - the bar closed at 10:30pm on New Years Eve! We will definitely return."

"There was a coffee stain by the machine in my bedroom, which spoke of a certain lack of attention to detail in cleaning the room. Otherwise the room was clean and very comfortable, the shower room, towels and toiletries first rate. The staff were friendly and helpful."
