My stay here was an absolute dream! The room is perfectly cozy with a boutique hotel/bed and breakfast vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dinner was available each night, as were delicious muffins, coffee, and hot tea each morning! Location was perfect — right near the falls and a short drive (or walk) to the shops and restaurants. Absolutely would stay here again!

The Northland Lodge is really a B&B. The owner is a wonderful host with an engaging personality. Be sure to ask about the history of the lodge. Her fresh baked muffins in the morning are incredible!

It’s a great location and if you get a room upstairs you probably get a great view. We got the basement room which is dark and below ground level. The breakfast is OK if you like muffins which were good but the only option. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice lodgings in a great location, this is an older property and the rooms are smaller but more than adequate. The location is perfect a short walk into town but also nice and quiet. The warm muffins and jam for breakfast are a great way to start the day.

We had an amazing view from the deck. The room was accessible from the upper deck and inside the chalet. But the best part was the friendly staff and meeting other travellers at breakfast in the beautiful living/dining room.

I loved the place, so unique, our room had 2 beds, and a private bath. There was a common area where people could mingle, Stacie had muffins, coffee and juice to start the morning whole people chitchated about what they did the day before and what they are doing that day. So fun!!

We have a lovely stay in in Waterton. What a beautiful location. The fresh muffins for breakfast were a treat! Our flight into Calgary got delayed so that we would be arriving after check in hours. The host was more than willing to leave our room key where we could access it upon arrival. The location was easily walkable to town as well as to the Bertha Lake trailhead. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A total hidden gem with so much character!" We absolutely fell in love with the vibe and cozy atmosphere of this place. It has so much unique charm and character from the moment you walk through the door. To top it all off, their warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven muffins are an absolute treat and a must-try. We will definitely be coming back!"
