"It was very loud hotel and the staffs talks loudly at night , the bothering part is they don’t accept it. I shorted my stay"

"Big room with pull out couch and kitchenette. Breakfast was great with lots of options including eggs, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks and yogurt parfait station. Beautiful little hotel with nice grounds and clean heated pool with hot tub."

"there was absolutely no hot water. when we called to complain, we were told the maintenance person would not be in for another hour. the manager never returned our phone call. the woman assisting with breakfast was totally inattentive and not aware when they ran out of eggs, yogurt, etc"

"Room & property was great. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Hit tub & pool was as expected. Maintenance should tighten the fans a little. Because they rattled. Overall it was exactly what the online info and pictures were the same as the room."

"I picked Best Western because I thought it would be the BEST choice. It didn’t turn out to be the best. The property needs updating. Furniture was older as well as the bedding. TV was difficult to watch without instructions to connect to a channel. There was not a menu option. Breakfast choices were several."
