"Clean rooms but they charge 30 dollars for self parking now, in a parking lot that says not responsible if anything of value is stolen, if someone breaks into your car? They offered a 25 dollar off card at the restaurant for the parking fee but I had a 8am appointment and it wasn't open in time to use it. I've stayed here many times over the years , but never again!"

"The hotel was clean, we only had 2 issues. The first was not their fault, the power went out at 9 on Friday and was off for 1.5 hours. No one answered the phone downstairs to let us know what was happening. The second was that we were on the 3rd floor and there was absolutely no hot water to be had. "
