"The breakfast needed more choices. The only juice was orange. Cranberry or apple would have been good alternatives. The coffee cups were very small. Really to small to make a good hot chocolate. The waffles were good. The yougart was okay. "

"The Ecolux website states it has a pool, it does not. The drive to pull into the parking lot is atrocious, full of pot holes. When checking in you must pay a $60 cash deposit, something I was unaware of because I didn't receive an email telling me that. Thankfully there was a conveniently placed atm that only charged me four dollars to use. The backdoor did not lock allowing anyone to freely walk in. A pillow had blood stains and a blanket had ketchup on it. The bathroom floor looked like it was only half clean. The sink, toilet and tub were clean. There was dirt all over the hall and breakfast room. My children and I went to the breakfast bar at 8 am, an hour before they stopped serving. Breakfast offered three types of cereal with milk, yougurt, an apple, green bananas, small muffins, prepackaged honeybuns, toast and a baggel. They had a waffel maker and a coffee/ hot water machine which was either not turned on or not working. They offered oatmeal but not hot water. There was a juice machine but only three out of the four were working correctly. The beds were hard as a rock so my kids and I slept poorly. We've been to this motel once before, almost 8 years ago, so I thought it was a safe bet. I was wrong. I won't stay here again. Paid $90 for myself and 2 kids. "

"First off, my mistake for getting a jacuzzi room in West Point, NE. However, its like the room was not well taken care of. Metal surfaces in the room were rusted from the moisture, the jacuzzi jets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a decade. The bed was comfortable, but that was about all the room had going for it"

"Evidently there is a drainpipe behind the wall in the room we stayed in. We heard running water all night long. Also, when we got ready to shower the next morning, there was no shampoo dispenser, instead there were two conditioner dispensers. "

"Key cards worked now and then. Three times in our two-day stay we had to go to the front desk for assistance because the key cards would not let us in the door. We stood outdoors with a very chilly wind blowing waiting for assistance."
