"Unfortunately the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant were under construction and, although the staff assured me all guests were notified when booking, I don't recall receiving this information. For the price of one night, guests deserve a phone call after booking and email, ensuring people know the status of the hotel while under construction. The footpath & streetside were also being worked on, making it difficult to get taxi/ride-share transport with luggage. I was hoping for a better experience...

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Could be better when we say to clean up the room and the entrance n reception needs to be clean as it was dusty n dirty. Otherwise eveything was gd"

"Excellent stay, great location and price"

"Lokasi hotel strategis dan sangat nyaman. Sedikit kendala dengan house keeping dan beberapa front office staff yang kurang ramah."

"The staff was extremely helpful!"

"The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. I was told house cleaning is every other day but it was done twice for our 8 day stay. Perhaps, a broom in the unit would be helpful as well. Overall, I would book again."

"Comfort little hotel with roomy space fit for 3 adult nicely. Room has kicthenette which is helpful. Location is not within city but Very close to Green Square station for short trip from airport and to city. Many good restaurant nearby and 1 supermarket for daily needs. Recomended to stay"

"Like most reviews it is definitely a great location, however that's where it ends, the photos are deceiving and definitely not a true reflection re what we received. No carpet in the room, and just concrete, substandard décor and one small tv, that's it. We travel regularly and not really fussy however I will not recommend staying here, rather spend $20 more a night and get something decent."

"Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though. Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk. Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping. Bed was comfy."

"Amenities must be asked everytime. Didnt pre provided"

"I have used on a few occasions due to location. Staff are efficient and helpful. Facilities are acceptable. However on my latest visit found some rubbish on floor between beds which indicates that the room had not been cleaned properly."

"エントランスにコーヒー、牛乳、水がありいつでももらえたのが良かった。 部屋もすごく広く、毎日部屋を綺麗にしてくれたのですごく快適だった。"

"Cleaning of room should be FOC. This is the only downside of it other things is good.👍👍. Location, staff, and bar are good 👍👍👍"
