"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"Staff was wonderful! Bed was comfortable. Snacks and cheese trolley in lobby daily was a bonus. Breakfast was outstanding. Great central location . 15 - 20 minute walk to Van Gogh, Rijskmuseum and Vondelpark. 25 minute walk to train station and close to flower market and lots of restaurants. Comfortable lobby."
