"The positives are that the staff was very helpful and it was incredibly easy to be shuttled from the airport and back to the airport. Courteous shuttle drivers. The negatives are: room was not clean. My sheets had stains on them. I found quite a few dark hairs in the bathroom. There were no drains on the sink or bathtub/shower…. My room phone didn’t work. "The room was comfortable— nice mattress, good air conditioning, and very hot water. The carpeting could have been cleaner. We did not have enough time to use the pool or exercise room, but was pleased it was there. The breakfast did not look appetizing as most hotel breakfast are disappointing, so we opted out and went out for breakfast. The coffee however was wonderful!! The machine freshly ground each individual cup."

"The only issue I had was that the bathroom was so tiny. Anyone with mobility issues may have a problem with it as it is so tight. Luckily my husband was not with me on this trip, as he would have had serious issue using the toilet and shower."

"I wouldn’t stay here. The staff is the only reason why we didn’t move hotels once we checked in. Young kid at the front desk, Isaiah, absolutely amazing young man. We booked through Expedia two rooms and realized the dates were wrong. Called Expedia and they said they were able to adjust the booking dates so we thought cool. Nope. Wrong. Got to hotel and they only changed one room not two and we lost the other room. Hotel still gave us two rooms but only to discover once we checked in both...

"Staff was friendly, breakfast was the typical breakfast you get for free at any hotel. Parking was also convenient. My only drawback is that the hotel is VERY VERY outdated and rooms have a particular smell to them. For instance, the tv in the room is cable only no Netflix or streaming service. Lastly the room appearance was very vintage and not in a good way. I’ll rate it 3 stars."
