"Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. "

"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "

"Front desk staff were lovely. The hotel itself is very nice, room was a bit run down - missing faucet handle bit, needing a little tlc overall. Sheets seemed clean but I found hair that wasn’t mine around the room. My biggest complaint though isn’t with the hotel itself but instead the restaurant within the hotel. "Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from...

"This was the most beautiful stay. It was like we stepped back in time and were featured in a Jane Austen movie. This property was picturesque and out in the country. There are lovely walking paths which take you by a pond and fiekds of sheep. This was the peace we needed. We highly recommend Rushton Hall and we will be back. "
