"Staff was great checking in and checking out. Place was clean and the breakfast was decent. It is next sore to an Aldi’s and across from a Walmart. I would stay there again."

"We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. Our room was very clean, beds and towels were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was hot coffee anytime you needed it and breakfast everyday. It was quiet and restful. When visiting the area we will stay here again."

"Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. "breakfast was fantastic! Lock on my door didn't work but was fixed as soon as possible. Tub was slow to drain and had to report. Toilet seemed to leak into the tank all night. Curtain was torn. Beds were very, very soft. Didn't clean my room as far as making beds or sweeping. Associated were very nice and helpful, but I've stayed at this motel varies times and this is the worst experience. The people are great and will fix things as soon as reported."

"We booked around midnight, showed up 10 minutes later. We were only staying the night to get rest to finish our drive. The front desk was super helpful, even put us on the quietest floor. We did not have breakfast there as it was about $15 for adults and $10 per kid and we didn't want that extra expense. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet."

"Checked into the room and it was 73 degrees, turned on the AC and 10 minutes later it was 76 degrees. One side of sliding barn door fell off the upper roller. Wife called the front desk and they said we're sending someone up to check the AC. They showed up and turned the thermostat off and on and nothing happened. After a few minutes nothing was fixed and we had to get moved to another room.. Not a good first impression "

It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "An uncomfortable stay. We booked a room for 2, but there was only one chair of any kind in the room. Toilet seat would not stay up; so for the man, urinating was an exercise in keeping the seat up with one knee while trying to aim well. Breakfast was minimal: no better than what you'd expect at a $60-a-night place. We would not go back to this place."

"The staff was very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable with fluffy pillows, which made for some good sleep. There was hot water and everything else worked great."
