The room and hotel were clean. The location was PERFECT for exploring Little Tokyo.
I valet parked my vehicle overnight and had no problems with that.
Suggested improvements: there was a constant air noise coming from the furnace. It made me uncomfortable because even with the AC/heater turned off, it was still making the noise. The smoke detectors...

"We had a wonderful stay! Our king suite was spacious and it was nice to have two rooms. The gym is beautiful on the 26th floor and the restaurant is lovely on the lower level.Monica at the front desk and Brenda on the phone lines were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a buffet to à la carte. My omelette and sourdough toast were delicious. Will visit again!"
