"The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available. Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...

"Management needs serious work. Before checkin, I was told I could deposit my luggage. At checkin, I was told this was not the case. The back and forth calls to figure out why this misinformation was given to me resulted in the hotel realizing their error, attempting a fix, but still me missing an event I paid for. Late at night when I came back to enter my room, the code I was given did not work. My phone was almost out of batteries, and had it actually gone out of battery or if I did not...
