"Breakfast was fabulous. Having the bus to and from the airport was very convenient, but felt four pounds per guest was an awful lot for such a short distance and Uber would have charged much less."

"I booked this hotel for it’s parking availability. Great location of Wembley Stadium and arena. The property itself is outdated. May need refurbishing to score better. The breakfast os basic so I did not pay for a breakfast, but when I went at the restaurant only to have coffee- I think the price of £6 for 2 people is not worth the money as the coffee is very basic. If you are after parking is what you are after, then thos place is ideal, but do not expect much when it comes to it’s modernity. "

" Nice and easy check-in BUT warning, our taxi dropped us off outside the door and then drove off. It now appears that no thank you they may be fined because they did not come into the hotel to input their registration before driving off. I do find this a bit bizarre. Other than that the accommodation was good, the drinks were slightly more than I would pay in London, but acceptable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice of food. Checkout was simple and the airport was a 10 minute walk away. So overall score 9 out of 10. "

"Upon my second stay there, my bed springs were very bad. People were pretty friendly. They charge for just regular black coffee which is very expensive for not being a special coffee. Bad for Uber pickup. They only accommodate taxi cabs"

"The car park is not part of the hotel and so you are charged £26 for any time over 15mins of time in any 24 hour period. There is no, go out and come in to reset the timer. As such the receptionist has an on going battle with every client parking there. I note that there is no support from the management to combat this situation. Any complaints you make should go directly to the manager NOT the team behind the counter. "
