"I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads.
