"This hotel was very dirty inside and out. Our floors in our room were filthy dirty. When walking with bare feet, they were black. I wiped the floor with a towel and it was black. We complained at the front desk and brought our towel with us. Gavin told us he would have the room floors cleaned but it took 2 days for them to clean them and they never did clean room 147. They were cleaner than before but still not clean in room 148. We had to wear our sandals so our feet weren't black. I couldn't...

"The room was clean enough, although in need of paint & updating. The pool furniture was dangerous and falling apart. There was a large, intact male dog off- leash at the pool with their owner. The pool has monitored cameras. Grounds were shabby. Advertised "includes breakfast" was a brown bag with a bottle of water, an apple & pack of tiny muffins. Honestly, it's over-priced & should be $70-80. If it were much cheaper, I'd say appropriate for price."

"Would avoid this property. Our room was missing a shower curtain that we had to install ourselves once we finally received in. The bathroom had a terrible smell when we first arrived. The bedsheets had staining and so did so some of the pillows. This place is very old and not well maintained. Hot tub has been closed forever and there is a random old umbrella laying in the ground with caution tape around it. 90% of the pool chairs were broken, pool was very dirty. "It is an older facility. You can tell they have been diligent in keeping it up. The staff was as good as any we have had. We had some needs that they were able to meet for us. I will note that with its age they had fewer electrical outlets and USB ports that we use, but I travel with an extension cord with both available."
